Refunds are issued for the full selling price, excluding shipping costs and additional taxes. The money will be deposited in the original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process. Exchanges are managed on a case-by-case basis. Note that inserts, protectors, gift cards, face masks, fabric samples, Cut-to-length linen fabric, and custom orders are not eligible for exchange or return. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Customs fees and import taxes are not refundable in case of the return.

Courier Delivery takes 3-5 business days after the items are processed.
